About
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience, I provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists seeking to grow into confident, ethical, and well-rounded clinicians. My approach to supervision is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real-world clinical practice. I strive to create a space where developing therapists feel comfortable exploring challenges, strengthening their clinical judgment, and building an authentic therapeutic style. My background includes work with adolescents, adults, couples, schools, and families across a variety of settings, allowing me to support supervisees with a broad range of clinical presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, OCD, and life transitions. I also bring experience integrating evidence-based practices with a more relational, whole-person approach to care. In supervision, I emphasize case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, treatment planning, documentation, boundary setting, and helping clinicians build confidence in both their clinical voice and professional identity. I believe strong supervision should not only support licensure requirements, but also help therapists feel grounded, capable, and connected to the work they do.

Supervision Style
My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented. I believe supervision works best when it feels like a professional partnership where associate therapists feel comfortable openly discussing challenges, asking questions, exploring uncertainty, and developing confidence in their clinical abilities. While maintaining ethical and clinical guidance, I encourage supervisees to strengthen their own clinical judgment, therapeutic voice, and authenticity within the therapeutic process. I aim to create a supervision environment that balances support with accountability, allowing clinicians to build skills in case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, boundaries, and navigating complex client dynamics. My goal is to help developing therapists feel both professionally supported and personally grounded as they grow into confident, ethical clinicians.
