While I mastered the art of scaling fast-growth companies, I found myself craving a deeper, more personal impact. Today, I’ve merged those two worlds, finding my "magic" in the intersection of high-level clinical care and the grit of private practice ownership. As a supervisor, I’m not here to just check boxes or sign off on hours. I am here to mentor the next generation of Virginia’s private practitioners. My approach is a blend of "Big Sister" mentorship and "Boss" level strategy.
