About
I’m a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in clinical leadership, trauma-informed care, domestic violence, substance use treatment, grief, and attachment-related concerns. My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real-world clinical practice. I believe effective supervision should go beyond reviewing cases and meeting licensing requirements. It should help clinicians strengthen their clinical judgment, develop confidence, navigate ethical complexities, and find their own professional voice. I particularly enjoy working with associates who want to deepen their case conceptualization skills, strengthen treatment planning, navigate complex trauma presentations, and explore the emotional impact of clinical work. My supervision and consultation style balances thoughtful reflection with practical guidance. I aim to create a space where clinicians can ask difficult questions, explore uncertainty, and grow without feeling judged. I offer virtual clinical consultation and, when applicable California BBS requirements are satisfied, clinical supervision for associates working toward licensure.
